This adorable cottage style vintage shop is located in the heart of Crestline, California just minutes away from Lake Gregory. The moment you walk in, it's like transporting back in time. What stood out to me most were the vibrant colors, the perfect display arrangements, and the quaint touches around the shop. The owners are so kind and take pride in the atmosphere they've created. They make every person feel welcomed and appreciated. You're sure to find at least one (or a ton!) unique piece that will be the perfect addition to your own space. The prices are affordable which makes this even more of a treasure. Not to mention, you'll enjoy exploring the rest of the little village nestled in the mountains surrounding the gorgeous lake. This spot is every vintage lovers dream come true!
This 50,000 square foot vintage junkers dream is a staple in Los Angeles. You'd never believe that this space was established roughly 7 years ago by the iconic 80 year young Judy Davis. Judy and her business partner Lenora have filled every nook and cranny of these industrial sized buildings with vintage finds. Ms. Judy dedicated every week to driving 300-500 miles to find the perfect pieces. What amazed me the most, is that she knows the details of just about every piece. I can only hope I have that adventurous spirit and sharp mind at 80! Located just outside of where the iconic studio lots reside (like Warner Brothers), this lot also serves as a recording location. In fact, the week before we came an A-List celebrity came and filled up a trailer full of goodies to use in his upcoming movie as props. While the prices were much higher than I was willing to spend, it is a must see. Judy and Lenora are so precious and bring such heart to East LA. Save up your money because you're sure to find a unique show stopper piece at this vintage haven!
